By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. We may update these terms; the version and date at the top of this page tell you which set applies.

The studio is by appointment only. The address above is street-level and does not include the unit number — the exact address is sent to you once your booking is confirmed. Please do not arrive without one.

Sending the enquiry form does not reserve a time, hold a slot, or create a contract for services. It is a message. We will answer it.

Appointments are made through Trybe at book.gettrybe.co/klnicuts. Trybe is a separate business, and your booking with it is subject to its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control that platform, its availability, or what it does with the information you give it.

Prices, durations and opening hours shown here are current at the time of publication and may change. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies.

We try to keep everything on this site accurate. Where something is out of date or wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

When using this site you must not:

• Submit anything false, misleading, abusive, defamatory or unlawful through our forms.
• Submit somebody else’s personal information, or sign somebody else up to the offers list.
• Attempt to gain access to the admin area, or to any account, system or data you are not authorised to access.
• Probe, scan, overload or otherwise interfere with the site or the services behind it.
• Scrape, copy or republish the content, photography or video on this site without written permission.

We may block access from any address that does any of the above, and we log administrative activity.

The text, design, photography and video on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, link to and share the site as published. You may not re-publish, re-sell or adapt the content without our written permission.

We do not promise the site will always be available or free of faults. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because a service it depends on is down. Nothing on this site is an offer to provide services at a particular time.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee applies and we fail to meet it, you have the remedies the law gives you.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and where our liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

We are not responsible for the content, terms or availability of third-party sites we link to, including the booking platform.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
